shouldnt the dentist see your teeth how it is, and then would know how to treat it?

its like pumping iron, just before you go for a swim...

Usually the appointment is set in the morning, So yeh , I do brush my teeth before I go to the dentist.

P.S , you cannot fool the dentist btw. :P

regardless of whether you brush your teeth or not, if your teeth has a problem it will be obvious to the dentist.

Besides, why would you not brush your teeth? You're giving the dentist a reason to say your not taking care of it.
